My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was fantastic, just steps away from the beach and close to dining and entertainment, there were some areas that could be improved. The rooms were not ready on time and didn't get vacuumed despite our request. On the bright side, the service was very helpful and friendly, even going above and beyond to tidy up our belongings. However, the dining options were disappointing, and the price was not justified for what was offered.
The hotel's location was superb, right on the beach and convenient for various attractions. The rooms, except the one we were upgraded to, were delayed for check-in, and unfortunately, ours was right by the elevator. On the bright side, the rooms were wonderful.
